About:In the 1800s, when Chattanooga was little more than a river landing, luxury riverboats chugged up and down the Tennessee River. Preserving some of the area's history, this 500-passenger riverboat carries hundreds of passengers on daily excursions including breakfast and dinner cruises. This large vessel three decks with the upper deck providing scenic views. Tickets range from $10-40, depending on the length and type of cruise. Charters available.     not worth your time: My husband and I went on the Sunday evening dinner cruise and were very disapointed. If you have small children you should really rethink going. There were several families with small children on the cruise with us and there were no highchairs for them, and they were complaining. We were all jammed in the dining room like sardines and it was very hot! We boarded the boat at 6:30 PM and didn't get to eat until 8:30PM. The food wasn't that great, and we never even saw the band. For the $ we could have went to a nice restaurant!
