User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsDon't even think about doing business with Citizens State Bank! The officers in this company have no idea how to make timely decisions. They'll sit on loan applications for weeks and weeks, never give you a straight answer, and then play all kind and innocent when confronted about all the smoke and mirrors that go on. Never take anyone in this company at their word. He or she is likely to get overridden by somebody higher up, and then that person higher up will deny that they ever had any discussion about you, your business, or your application. Do yourself a favor and find a local bank where you get a straight, honest and timely answer. Also find a bank where they own up to their mistakes and try to make things right. There are plenty of banks in this area that would love to have your business and who will treat you right. Citizens State Bank is not one of them! Stay away!
