AS of right now I have been on hold for about 15 minutes over the certificate we received from charter communicartions.A lady named Kat had to call her manager David, the manager and find out how to handle me.He told her to tell me that they did not deliver unless it was an order of $ 8.00 or less. Now first of all, the certificate was for a large one topping pizza, and a two liter of coke. It did not pay for the taxes or the driver gratuity. How can they say they can't deliver ? When did a large, one topping pizza, and a two liter cost less than eight dollars?. I am not sure who David or Kat are, but with management experience myself experience myself. I can say somebody does not keep up on their promotions, nor do they train their employees to have good customer service. I find it hard to grasp mainly because Charter is a large local business and they gave a lot of these I'm sure. So can somebody please tell me what is the problem with this Dominos ?
yes, they are cheap and high on there servives... i ordered a med ham and mushroom with extra cheese,delivered, but when i opened the box there was so much sause the items were sliding off the crust!!! so i had to put in the oven to finish cooking it,this is what i had to do for a 19,89 pizza,dominoes will never get my money again, they are a ripoff,they dont know even how to cook pizza, my mom, rest her soul, cooked the best homemade pizza round, for it was COOKED, not alot of sause to give a pizza apperance,dominoes SUX!!!!!!!!!!!
