User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsKen is a great and very knowledgable guy. I have been dealing with them for one year now (since I started my first restore). I have picked up a few parts there that were used and turned out to be not working (electrical parts) and he has never given fuss about trading or refunding my money, I guess he knows I am going to give it back to him in a few minutes anyway.
His prices are always fair and you can still dicker with him!
If you want great service Ken's is the place for you to go around here.
If you want instant service it may not be the place for you though, you see, he is so busy providing everyone his excellent service that sometimes it takes a few minutes to get some help.
User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsevery one is right there are all friendly to you ,but my bike sat for over 3 months waiting for carb parts and then charged me $300 and 6 hrs to put carb floats on..sorry the smile don,t help this time
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsKen and his staff are the friendlest people to deal with let alone just meet. They have gone out of thier way, i feel, to get me what I need with the best prices and quality of service in the Tri-Cities.
I always recogmend them first for service parts or apparel.
