User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsWe found bad tasting crab salad (I think it was old)on the salad bar and told the manager. He said he would check it out. He had the salad removed from the bar right away so I guess it was bad. What bothered us the most is that we where not offered an apology of any kind from the waitress or the manager. I will not be back to this restaurant.

I was at Portofino italian restaurant today, for the food bar. Their food is great, their prices reasonable, andthey have the best cole slaw i have ever eaten.

Alright now...you go there one time and the something may or may not have been bad on the salad bar and you dont get an apology so you wont be back. The owner and her staff work extremely hard to provide the best service from their staff and maintain top knotch quality of their food. Try it again...Porto Finos is the best restaurant in East Ridge and mistakes happen. Dont just give up on them.
