User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThis is our favorite BBQ restaurant in SE Tenn. Even with several other BBQ places in Cleveland, we drive to Chattanooga just to get Rib and Loin. Their pork stuffed potatoes are the best and their mild sauce is excellent!

I have always bragged to others about the quality of the BBQ at this restaurant. But a doctor recently told me to limit the amount of red meat and pork I eat. I decided to start ordering the Half Chicken meal. I requested all white meat on my next visit and it was delicious, so I thougt I have found a perfect place to eat Sunday dinner. On my next visit the owner was there and refused to allow me to order all white meat. I was told they lost money when they split the half chicken. This is probably the most customer unfriendly restaurant I have ever encountered. As much money as this restaurant takes in and they cannot afford to allow me to order all white meat. The bad thing also was I actually went to work bragging to all my fellow employees about the quality of the all white meat dinner and now they refuse to accomodate me. I will no longer eat at Rib and loin and I am going to tell everyone I know of the attitude of the owner of this restaurant. I could understan his attitude if it was small restaurant barely making ends meet, but this is a restaurant that has been in business for a long time and this should not have been a major issue for them.
User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsFood was not very good. The Brunswick stew tasted like it had came out of a can and then been bombarded by bbq sauce. I ordered a half of a chicken dinner. I received shredded chicken, again covered with a cup of bbq sauce. Potato salad was bland and watered down. I would not recommend this restaurant.
