User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsAwful rip-off. My coat had numerous hairs all over. Told the clerk who said they would fix it. Returned a few days later, same hairs and lint all over. Asked to speak to the manager, who said tough. I asked for my money back, she said the owner is out of town and they don't give refunds anyway. I asked for the owners name, and she wouldn't give it out. She said is was normal to have hair and lint on coats that are dried cleaned there. Don't waste your money, go anywhere else!!!
