User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI just ordered a Teleflora from this store through my retailer in MD, had to go to Bristol as my brother was more ill than thought. I walked in the room and besides seeing my brother ill I noticed right away the flowers Pippin delivered. They were not at all what I ordered, not even close I used Teleflora website and used code number. The "Manager" told me the "picker" put in roses and sunflowwers and upgraded the pot. The sunflowers were 1 small half dead sunflower, not yellow roses, not yellows daisies, just filler and a small ceramic pot for a womon, not big enough to hold a $60 arrangement. The "Manager" would take no responsibility for his store's inadequacy and tried to place blame on me, i.e. did someone take the flowers before I saw it, they used a better pot, all lies. He was totally out of his element as a spokesperson for this company, he needs to go and they need to step up and deliver up to Teleflora's standards.

These guys did flowers for my sons prom and they were great. Anything custom you ever want, go see these guys. Awesome

I had Pippin do the flowers for my wedding and they did a HORRIBLE job. The staff was very unfriendly, the flowers did not arrive on time, and when they were finally delivered, they were very poorly done. The bouquets were tied with cheap, paper craft ribbon and they did not even attempt to tie nice bows...all of the bows had to be retied. The flowers they used were wilting, and the floral foam was showing on the centerpeices because they did not use enough flowers to fill them in. I don't ever write reviews, but I wanted to warn people not to use Pippin for their wedding.

Pippin Florist did not do this alleged wedding. I have owned Pippin Florist for several years now, we were voted Bristol's Best Florist by the readers of the Bristol Newspaper. We have the largest, and most experienced staff in all of Bristol. Pippin Florist stands for quality and freshness. I do not who wrote the review about the alleged wedding, but please understand I have alerted yahoo about your abuse of a fine web site. If you have a beef with Pippin Florist, please be person enough to not make up such stories. Paper craft ribbon has not be in that shop since 1975. I personally keep in touch with all our brides, we have not had an unhappy one yet. That's why we just keep growing. We are Bristol's Best Florist!!!!!!!!!!
