Worst Dealership EVER!

I paid 5000 for a used car from them... spent approx. 300-400 a month keeping the thing running... and sold it for 700 after only owning it for 4 months! HORRIBLE DEALER! Radiator went out after a month... CV joints had to be replaced... transmission was shot. Manifold was cracked... The front axle ended up breaking in half while i was driving on the interstate. And that's only some of the problems i had over the 4 months...

This dealership is so horrible they don't even deserve one star! This is the most dishonest business I have ever encountered. My father recently purchased a new truck from them and has had nothing but problems since. He wanted a red truck and they at first told him that didn't have one, so he agreed to buy a gray one instead. They called him back that evening and told him that they had located a red truck and they would send a delivery truck to get it and deliver it to him at his home. They told him it was identical to the grey truck he had agreed to buy, which was loaded. It took two weeks before they delivered the truck to him, and he was told several lies as to why they took so long in delivering the truck. When it finally arrived, it was a plain truck that had none of the options that was promised, but even worse than that it had been WRECKED and the salesman didn't even mention that they had dented the side of his brand new truck and scuffed the bumper, he just left and let him find out for himself. My father had to take the vehichle back to the dealership to have some of the options installed that wasn't included and to have the dents and bumper repaired. They kept the vehicle three weeks to do this and when they returned the truck, it still had the dent in the side. Furthermore, he was also told that the vehicle was 40% off, which should have been almost $15,000 off the total price. My father is elderly and does not have good vision. When I examined the paperwork, he was only given a $9,000 discount and paid much more for the truck than what it was worth. I didn't know that people could be this dishonest or treat honest people this bad. My father was extra nice to these people, he even baked the saleman apple pies because the salesman told him that he liked them, and this is what he got in return.

I bought a PT Crusier from them in '04. The window sticker said that it had a CD player included with the car and when I looked for it before buying they said it was in the rear of the vehicle. I thought it might be a CD changer and when I looked there and did not find it. The saleman told me that it would be put in since the package included the CD player. Well in my to trusting state of mind, I bought the vehicle and when I picked it up did not think to look for the CD changer. To my surprise it was not there and when I confronted them about it they told me since the papers were sigend, they did not have to supply me with one. Also the next day after buying they ran an ad in the local paper with my car showing as 12k instead of the 14k that I paid. I will never again buy from here. If you drive to the lot, you can see that the salemen really do look like greasy sharks waiting to take a bite out of you! I will be more than happy to travel to save and not deal with people like this!
