    Good salesperson to deal with, but the Sales Manager is extremely unprofessional and insulting. In the long run did better by walking out after he insulted me. Saved a couple of hundred dollars from my offer on the exact same car by buying it from another dealer. It's a shame that Johnson City has such a poorly managed Nissan dealership. I love Nissan cars, but will have to buy them out of the area from now on.

    Dont shop there!! There service sucks and so does the sales people they lie and will try to cheat you all they can just to sell you a vehicle. They wouldnt finance me a car, so I left and went next door to Carl Gregory and drove off the lot with a vehicle within an hour. Tri Cities screwed me over twice in two years and I will never deal with them again. If anybody has any since they wont shop there.
