    We walked in and thought this place was pretty nice. We were waitind on fast and the pizza came out pretty fast. BUT, halfway through eating our pizza I looked up at the ceiling and asked my wife if she saw that on the ceiling. There was a huge roach on the ceiling above our table. When we looked around the ceiling we noticed cobb webs and filth hanging from the ceiling. We asked one of the waiter and he just blew it off and walked away. We asked another if there was a manager there and stated he was. We asked him and he said he would walk away and then come back toward ud to see. He got back to our table and stated that yes it was. He took off 50% off our ticket but after all that and even after we walked out they still had not done anything to get rid of the roach. It looks like there hasn't been an inspection done on the place in years as I work in a restaurant and we would never be allowed to have our place in that condition. When we called the health department they just blew us off. When eating in Gatlinburg you better pay close attention to the place you are eating at. The manager even had the nerve to ask if we wanted to take the pizza with us.

    WOW!!! My family and I recently vacationed in Gatlinburg and received recommendations for this restaurant so we had to try it. We were beyond impressed - Not only was the food amazing, but the service was outstanding! When our waiter offered to take a picture for us and realized our camera batteries were dead, he offered to run around the corner to pick up some more batteries for us. We were so impressed! The whole experience was absolutely amazing! Oh - and it's true what they say about the garlic rolls - they are the BEST! Yummo!!!

    The name says it all the Best food in the world .We love Gatlinburgh we visit three times a year
    but this was our first time at this Cafe and we will tell all our friends all over the world you have to go see for your self.
