    I took two Toyota vehcles in for service and oil/filter changes. They did the oil and filter changes, but when I got back into my truck the "check engine" light was still on. It had not been looked addressed at all! I called and inquired about this and was told that they did not have the check engine light written down on the service book! I know that this is not true because I stopped and made the appointments personally and saw it written down! I asked for some type of compensation and was told that they were not able to give me any relief there. I drove almost 2 hours with gas at all-time highs for this level of service. Now I get my Toyotas serviced at another dealership.

    My advice for Kingsport is to avoid using them, since they are less than customer service friendly! (I know because I work in a customer-service related field).
