User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsIf you want your wedding to be a disaster use Cupids Petals for flowers and food. You will have bad wedding memories for years to come. Don't trust them for your wedding or reception they will ruin both.
After two years we only have bad memories of how they ruined our special day. Give them a chance to explain or make it right and you still will never hear from them again. They don't care. All they want to do is charge your credit card then not give you what you pay for.

I had a wonderful experience with Mara, the flowers for my wedding were beautiful, just what we wanted, we asked her for wild flowers and we were amazed with the result, she even took care of the catering, food was awesome and the staff very nice, all our friends were very happy. I was kind of worry since I did everything online and by phone, but I couldn't ask for more.

The customer service of Cupid's Petals is very poor. She doesn't return phone calls, emails and acts as if you are bothering her when you try to find her to place an order. I have a credit with her and at this point she can keep it and I refuse to refer any business to her.
