Great place to take your family while visiting the Smokies. Price is a ~bit~ high, but that's what money is for when you're on vacation :)

I went here in 2007. I remember it being HOT so I didn't enjoy myself as much as I would have on a cooler day. Anyway.. they have some nice rides here, and the lines weren't too bad when we went. They have a nice buffet here. The price was good and the food was better. It's kind of a small park but it was fun.

    The good:
Clean park, very nice older workers, Nice outdoor feel with plenty of shade, plenty of kid rides (ages 2-7), park price wasn't too bad for 3 days at $92.00 per person and that included Splash country but was still on the high side. It's a nice park.

    The bad:
The park opens at 10:00 and closes at 7:00. The kids area doesnt' open till 11:30 which doesn't leave you much time to do everything if you have small kids. The price of food and drink are REDICULOUS!!! Get ready to get gouged. Here's a hint, buy one of the refill cups and ask for cold water for a refill, it's free! They don't have plenty of adult rides but the ones they do have are fun. Never understood why they charge for parking when you are going to there theme park? It's just another way to make money.

Overall it's not a bad park just very expensive for what you get in return. I would never go during peak times, it's just not worth it. The park should be open from 9:00a.m. till 10:00p.m. for the price you pay.

The Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area is nice but every attraction is overpriced. You can go to Disney World for the same price! All the shows range from $15-$45 per person. It was better when it was more geared to camping and enjoying the wildlife.
