I will never return to this place. We made reservations for 3 pm. We arrived early and had 4 people in our group. The place was crazy busy. While waiting an hour our group kept noticing that everyone else was going for horseback rides but my group and another 5 people. People arrived after us and were taken before us. We noticed another person ask about the delay and the fact that everyone was going before us. The manager first said that he was not aware of our group then later lied and said he never said that. We were then told that a group early in the day had gotten lost and was now just arriving so they were taking them before everyone else. We were then told we would have to wait another hour. We had reservations. The girls at the counter never informed us that we would have to wait. This place has no customer service skills. They will lie to your face and will not offer apologizes. They were rude to us. Also the horse were horrible looking. And also were handled very roughly by the people working there. They were pulling very hard on the bridles and jerking them around. I have ridden horses my whole life. And you never rough up a horse like they did when you have someone on it who has no experience. You are asking for trouble. The horses were skinny and it was evident that they were not being taken care of . I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE NOR WILL I RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. Furthermore you can be assured that I will and have contacted agencies to look into this place and investigate them. Several horse should not have been ridden. Please go somewhere else to ride horses. Do not support this business.
