The service that Computer Depot provides is excellent. They are very understanding and helpful. They made me feel important as a customer and were quick and efficient about fixing the problem with my computer. I would recommend Computer Depot to anyone who has a problem with their computer or are looking to buy a new one.

These people were so insulting, condescending, and rude to me. I dont really know much about computers and use it primarily to talk to my grandchildren through email, but when I came in, they began laughing at me because I used a computer term incorrectly. They wouldn't answer any of my questions and spoke over my head the entire time. They were very expensive and they just treated me like an animal just because I dont know everything about computers. I just wanted my email fixed.

Worst customer service I have ever seen. Geek Squad charged me 1/3 of what this dump wanted to charge me. Thomas Hill, the manager, treated me with disrespect and rudeness. He was arrogant and insulting to me, and even though I got there while they were still open for business, their inept staff wasted my time looking at the back up hard drive instead of the actual hard drive. Then, because they wasted the entire time, and it was 5 minutes after closing, Thomas Hill (the manager) kicked me out even though I was begging him to just get my files backed up. I had to have those files off the computer by 8am the next day, and he refused to budge. Simply told me to leave b/c he had more important things to do. BEWARE of this place, extremely high prices, poor customer service, no knowledge of computers. What a scam
