slower than christmas: I'll admit I haven't ordered from here in a good while, but for good reason. The three times we tried ordering from them they were slower than Christmas. Not only that, all three times the food was far from warm. We got lucky and it was semi-lukewarm once but outside of that, I've not even been remotely impressed. I've tried both the chicken tenders and the cheeseburger and neither one was any better than I can get from Wendy's. Perhaps the dine-in service is better but I have little to no desire to find out.

NEVER AGAIN: After being told 20-25minutes we waited for our food for over an hour. I called (very nicely) just wondering when it would arrive and the guy was extremely rude and raised his voice. He then told me not to call again and that it would get there when it does. So once the food got there it was cold and burnt. I will neve return to this store for services.
