Fountain City Coin Laundry

I was at Fountain City coin laundry today, and I can't remember a time where I have ever been treated so rudely! When I waked in, a woman stopped me by the door and snapped, " Can I help you?!" I told her that our dryer had broken, and we needed to dry our clothes. She said that was fine, and I asked if the coin machine worked. She said it did, and I started to walk toward it. She stopped me and said sharply, " You need to get your laundry FIRST!" I was going to make sure that the coin machine worked before I lugged in all my laundry. A friend had been there the day before and told me that the machine was out of order, and that she had to go to Walgreens for change. I understand not wanting people to drain the coin machines, if they are not washing their clothes, but she could have said that, instead of just assuming and snapping at me. I said, " Alright", and happily got in my car and drove to another laundromat a few blocks away.

joe is the best. he cares about his place and keeps it clean & comfortable. much different than most coin laundries. A++
