Zylie, Thanks: On a recent golf trip to crossville tn. some buddies and i stoppped at this establishment on our way back to ky. Our waitress was extremely helpful and did everything to please us. Drinks were kept full and she was always coming back to check on us to see if we needed anything. We complimented her sevice to her manager and she said she had only been there a short time and was fairly new. I would like thank the manager and the waitress Zylie for our treatment and we will return. thanks ,

Food is excellent: Ask for the big bowl of mac and cheese! It is not always on the menu but they will bring it to you. It is the best ever!!!!! It is soooo cheesy you can barely swallow but is excellent!

BLAH.....: One thing that I find so funny is how someone can mess up an order. I work in an establishment were we eat out on a daily basis. The first time that Outback was ordered 2 of the 6 people did not get what they ordered. Ok, so things happen. We decided to give them another chance, and order from them. BIG MISTAKE! Someone had ordered the Brisbane Grilled Shrimp Ceaser Salad....all they got was 5 shrimp on a piece of bread with ceaser dressing. There was NO lettuce. NEVER EVER EAT AT THIS PLACE!
