Care Supervised by Nurses Our staff consists of Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who have the appropriate skills to oversee the caregivers in our clients' homes. These nurses also provide ongoing specialized training for our staff so that all personal care needs are being met. Our nurses are responsible for careplan updates when our client's health status changes. It is also the responsiblility of our nurses to provide a safe and hazard free environment for our clients.
