About:If you get tired of the city lights, head 15 miles north to this 14,500-acre park. There's something here for everyonejogging trails, a disc-golf course and an archery range for the athletic, nature trails and a nature center for those who want to learn about the local wildlife, and boat rentals on the lake for anyone who wants to get out on the water. Take brunch to the picnic grounds if you are spending the day, or rent a cabin for a longer stay. Admission is free, but there are various charges for boat and equipment rentals.

    Went camping and fishing...: Like cost me all in all 20 buck..stayed two days camped out very clean bathrooms and just nice people nice place to get away from the city..They used have a pool don;t know now..But its nice nice bike and hiking trails and lots of things for the children check out the visiting center won't regret it but watch out for the black widows out there had one in my sleeping bag thank god i had off on deep woods off...But alot of places to entertain your family,friends and children. Please enjoy your stay when the weather is better..nice all over and safe place for kids to walk and just relax...They also had utilites at the sites just incase u needed to plug something in and running water from faucet in every area and wood was easy to find or just cheat and buy some...Don;t forget your marshmellows and graham crackers and chocolate hehehe...Oh and you will love the nights racoons come up 2 you will even sit at the fire with you...This things are hugs like size of little dog and they will fight over food so be careful...But it's beautiful...
