User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsI wouldn't recommend this daycare to any parent that has atleast average concern and expectations for the quality of care for their child. The director is unprofessional, and it is evident from the atmosphere. I witnessed several disturbing things. I would not recommend this daycare to anyone. My child was injured by another child at the daycare. When I got there to pickup up I noticed the injury in less than a minute yet the director had not noticed it the entire day. They do not apply a policy of documenting such incidents or of relaying the info to the teacher who is taking over before they leave for the day.
I met w/ several other parents tonight who were complaining of staff throwing toys at kids and putting a foot on their head to make them lie down. Also of them not providing full meals partway through the week (presumably to cut down on their expenses). In addition the web site still states that they serve breakfast but at the one in Cordova that is not true.
If you choose to send your child to this center b/c it is the cheapest I suggest that you keep a very watchful eye and get good details on the day from your child. MY RECOMMENDATION IS DON'T CHANCE IT - SEND YOUR PRIDE AND JOY SOMEWHERE ELSE.
