I had a great experience there as well.

They knew exactly what product to use for bag worms and were able to look @ a picture I took of leaves on my peach tree and suggest an anti-fungal. Very kind and helpful staff there. I will definitely go back!

I stopped by Russell’s for the first time today to pick up some Malathion liquid that I could not seem to find anywhere else. I was greeted with a wonderful customer service oriented experience that is not found often enough today in commerce. I was asked if I needed help and the lady found it for me very quickly. Of course, I had several questions and a gentleman was pleasant and helped answer them all. I had to ask about the birds chirping and we had a small conversation about them and ‘my baby owls’. I was waiting to be checked out and the same gentleman showed me a picture he had had from several years ago of ‘his baby owls’. Of course neither of us owned/owns these…we were just blessed to be able to see them. In these times where so many things are negative, it was just a wonderful break and a reminder of times almost lost. I was surprised of the variety of items available and will make this a regular on my shopping list!

Excellent all around!: I have been to Russell's Farm Supply many times for everything from grass seed to wind chimes. The customer service is great - the employees show concern and are always very willing to help with whatever issue you may be dealing or help you may need. Now when I go in the store it's like visiting with friends. They have a great supply of unique garden/yard decor, outdoor plants and flowers, vegtable plants and seeds, feed for my birds, and grass seed for my yard.
