User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsI referred a friend (mother of the bride) to Connie's shop because that is where I bought my dress. However, today she explained that she attempted to look at dresses with her daughter yesterday evening and Connie was very RUDE to her because they didn't have an appointment. I forgot to tell my friend they needed an appt. because all they wanted to do was brouse. I will never refer another person to Connie's bridal shop.

I arrived at connies only to look at a bridesmaid dress that was recommended by a friend. Connie was extremely rude because I didn't have an appointment. Personally I wouldn't ever consider to go there for my wedding dress.

Connie may have been in business several years, but she doesnt know how to treat people....I was a bridesmaid in a wedding this past summer, and she took the measurements for my dress...when the dress came in, she had ordered the wrong size!!!! she re-measured me and said I had gained weight, she said i had gained 3 inches in the bust...which is not true, I have always been the same bust size....and the dress would not even zip up after I sucked in my tummy and turned blue...she insisted I pay to get it altered, and she was not responsible for replacing it.... Iwill NEVER EVER go back there again...I am warning all the ladies out there not to go there...she is a con artist...I paid over $150 for my dress plus alterations....when it wasnt even my fault....I should have paid on my american express, so they can refund me my money, since Connie refused to
