to the previous rater.. I'm sorry that happened. i was there that day and I can't believe that she called the cops on you two. What business owner calls the cops on customers who were obviously working hard to move. There two entry and exit gates available not inconvience here. I have to agree about the pollen. I want to add that my unit smelt like a gas can fell over but the funny thing is we didn't have one in our unit. I agree poor poor. Will call the BBB and maybe the EPA.

rude rude rude. the owners are rude, unaccommodating, and inconsiderate. The storage units are sub-par and do nothing to keep pollen and dirt out. We were in the process of moving out of town and needed a professional moving service to move our stuff out of 3 units. (please keep in mind 4 professional movers and an entire house hold in 3 storage units). The owner of the Arlington Self-storage (A.S.S) was aware of our move 2 months prior to the move date and agreed to the use of a larger truck. We paid for the month of June even though we were only there for 1 day (mind you 3 units). The A.S.S owner proceeded to call my wife during the month of May to talk about the move June 1st. An agreement was made. However, on the day of the move the A.S.S owner was rude, unaccommodating, inconsiderate and repeatedly shouted at us. The A.S.S owner proceeded to call the cops on us. She lied to the officer about previous arrangements she made with my wife about the use of a large truck (we have the cell phone records to prove that multiple phone calls were made) and the time allotted for moving "our stuff". She told the officer that we had seven guys moving us but we only had 4. She complained that the movers were slow and that they were asking her to use the bathroom (which the A.S.S owner said was broken even though I say her son come out it that day). We explained to the officer that the movers needed time to inventory our property. However, because of the A.S.S owner we were unable to properly inventory our property. Not to mention that our property was covered in pollen and dirt when opened the storage units and needed to wiped down before loading on the truck. My wife attempted 3 times to talk with the A.S.S owner to see if we could accommodate her and her customers but the owner refused and simply shouted, pointed and walked away. In the end, I asked that she inspect the units for damage and that she write on the receipt that such an inspection occurred. Her son informed me that they "would take our word for it and that everything was OK". BULLLLLLLL. Look She called the cops on us because were taken to long to and using a large truck to move our property out of storage units that we paid for. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone. 10 minutes up the street is a climate controlled storage. The cost is approximately the same. We choose Arlington Self Storage for convenience and now I see how wrong we were.

Excellent storage and great owners!!: You can't beat this place. Easy to access and well priced. The owners are the best!!
