I used to love this place. However, the last 3 times I have been there for lunch, I have had a disappointing experience. First, I usually arrive around 11:10 am for lunch and am usually one of the first 5 or 10 people in the door for lunch. So why do I have to wait 15 minutes for a waitress to take my order? Then I have to put up with cutesy, sarcastic attitudes from the waitresses. Ask them "what would you suggest?" and I get a reply, "you might want to go somewhere else." They have a good lunch special, small pizza and a salad and drink. The last time, I ordered a BBQ pizza on the lunch special. It came out and the pizza and BBQ were hot, but the sauce was like it came out of the refrigerator straight to the pizza. Who wants to eat a cold pizza? Disappointing, since the place used to be so good. Get rid of the severs that have been there for 20 years and act like they own the place and it might be saved.

I have always hated their pizza. The other food they serve is average. And yes the customer service at the South Parkway location is horrible. My mom had to wait over an hour for $40 worth of pizza and they claimed they had forgot to make her order.

I GREW UP IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD THAT THIS LOCATION IS AND MY FAMILY HAVE ALWAYS GONE TO COLETTAS. MY UNCLE, FRED HILL STARTED THIS OFF AND THE PIZZA IS GREAT. I RESIDE IN CHICAGO AND EVRYTHIME I COME HOME I GO TO COLETTAS AND GET MY AROUND THE WORLD, UM GD!!
