About:The food here is designed to complement the beer. Appetizers include the Beer Cheese Soup, hot tamales, sausage quesadillas, sausage and cheese plates, while sandwiches fill out the menu. One of the rooms contains a large bar and wooden tables and chairs, and the other room has pool tables and a sports-bar atmosphere. The most popular place to eat and drink is on the wrap-around patio at the windows. Cigar smoking is encouraged on the patio, and the restaurant offers a cigar list. The restaurant features live music on weekends and is in the heart of the tourist district, so there are usually plenty of chances for people-watching.

    Yes, yes, yes.

    Is the beer plentiful and served at the perfect temperature?...Yes
    Is there a plethora of hot women here?...Yes
    Is it in the heart of downtown Memphis with lots of other places nearby?...Yes

    Go. Do it now. Do it often.

    Great music after 9pm-ish.
    Decent food (not world class - but very good bar food).
    Trivia on Tuesday night.

    Favorite: Beers from around the world. True character in downtown Memphis. I don't know if Aquanet still plays there or not, but they used to when I lived there. They will bring down the house!! Beer and rock n roll - what else is there?!

    My place: Lived in downtown Memphis for 2 years and this was my place.

    It was my bar...loved everyting about it!

    Have even gone back when visiting friends in the Bluff City.

    I wish we could bring it up here in IL.
