I am not one to post negative info about a business so this is almost a first for me. The location of this dry cleaner is great if you live on the island but I have never had a dry cleaner treat my clothes so poorly.
1. They press the fold of cloth that backs the button holes on a shirt backwards--thus it covers the back of the button holes and creates a crease in the front of your shirt.
2. Collars--they only know one way to press your dress shirt collars--crooked with wrinkles. Awful.
3. The creases in your dress pants will not last beyond 15 minutes or so--this is with every level of starch...never had this happen before.
4. Your clothes smell funny--almost like a greasy kitchen--it might have to do with a pizza place next door to this location.
5. Very expensive(but for the location its great).
6. Last but not least--if you plan on wearing a dress shirt without tucking in your pants don't go here--they press an impression of the clip/shirt holder into the bottom front of every shirt no matter what you request--it is the size of a giant emery board.

I have pointed these issues out to them several times to no avail...the only thing I can say good about them is that they are quick and have a good location.
