User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsIf you like your food fresh and full of flavor with just the right amount of spices, Saigon Le is the place to eat in Memphis! The service is sometimes slow but always friendly. Has the ambiance of a laid back atmosphere that you would expect to find in a family owned business. The birds nest egg rolls, chicken curry are just a couple of my favorites dishes. For the vegetarians the stir fry vermicelli with tofu ( ask for chili paste on side for extra kick) and the spring rolls (made with the freshest veggies and cilantro, request no pork) are favorites, as well. The menu is large enough to accommodate every palate. The only thing I would change: Stay open 7 days per week instead of 6!

The rolls they serve here are the best I ever had! Service is awesome! If you are looking for authentic Vietnamese. You should dine here.
