A typical Saturday for me and my friend is to go to an early matinee then out to dinner, so dinner is early usually between 3-4. We both love Saito and would eat there much more often if they were open earlier on Saturday.

I love all the flavors, I usually get Beef Teriyaki, love the little salad with the ginger dressing. Love the dipping sauces, and the meat is always good. My only food complaint is zucchini squash is not my favorite veggie and they tend to pile that high. Give me lots of onions and I’d be a happy camper.

I love Saito's sushi. The only complaint that I have is that when I went in the staff was really loud and seemed to be intoxicated by the way they acted. Maybe too much Sake. But the food is delicious. The sushi is made right in front of you at the bar area. I haven't tried any other menu items but I am looking forward to trying something different when I return. For the best prices, go during lunch hour when they have lots of different specials.

My coworker and I eat here at least twice a week because we LOVE their fried rice. It's the best I've ever had! Their other menu items are also tasty. Unfortunately, the lunch service here is very poor. We prefer to dine in with exact change because you have to wait about 10-15 minutes to get change every time! The wait staff is not very attentive. We have resorted to picking up our orders so we do not have to experience the poor service of dining in.
