Dirty Business: This business is a joke! They charge very low prices, but unfortunately that comes with very low service. They recently destroyed a pair of my dress pants with ink. Not only did they try to deny it, but they offered to do nothing about it. I spoke to the company, they admitted that they sometimes have ink loads that will mess up an entire bundle of clothes; and that they would check it out. Upon calling me back, they state that they did not have any reports of an ink load so it was no way that they were responsible for the ink all over my pants. Wow! Wasn't that a simple solution to my problem?
I guess I'll keep looking for that Ghostly Spirit that poured the ink on my pants somewhere between the time that they cleaned them and the time that I picked them up.

Again use this company at your own risk. Don't take anything of value to anyone so cheap. My advice don't take anything at all to Sparkle Cleaners.
