Really disappointed in On the Border on Poplar. It use to be clean, well run and tasty. My last 3 visits The dining room and bathroom were dirty, my server was bothered by having to wait on me and the fish tacos that use to be great were awful. We won't go back

Have to Eat It!!: I always pick the choose three and get empanadas and chips be soooooooooo fresh! I love it!!!!
