Do not use Sparkle cleaners on covington pike: I used sparkle cleaners on covinton pike in memphis tn and they melted the bottons off one shirt and discolored another. I spoke to the manager, Cara Martin who told me they are not responsible for buttons. I told her you ruined my shirts she stated she cannot conpensate me b/c they are not respnsible for buttons. She is incompetent and unprofessional. I'm suing.
