| About: | This locally owned steakhouse offers some of the best Prime Rib and seafood in Memphis and also features a large selection of fine wines. Top a steak with smothered onions, blue cheese or crabmeat bearnaise, or select from a variety of vegetables including fresh asparagus and sauteed spinach. Appetizers include fried dill pickles, mushrooms stuffed with lump crabmeat and several other choices. As for desserts, the Famous Folk's Folly Freeze is a good choice and comes served with your favorite liqueur. The atmosphere at Folk's Folly is simple and comfortable. A pianist plays Monday through Saturday in the cocktail lounge adjacent to the dining room. Rooms are available for private parties and can comfortably accomodate 70. |

User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI was visting Graceland this past weekend and we wanted steak and found Folk's Folly to be excellent with great Southern hospitality and service. Much better than those other "chain" steakhouses - enjoy!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsMy wife and I went there two years ago and it's still the place we talk about. We live in California, so don't get out there much, but we're hoping. The service was A+ excellent and friendly. The food was superb. The BEST restaurant we've ever been to - anywhere.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI had an amazing 10 year anniversary thanks to Folk's Folly!! I came by the location 3 days in advance to setup the reservation w/Greg, and view the room. When I arrived my private table was ready and looked amazing. Our server was Jackie, and she was simply awesome. The food was wonderful and Carlos, (manager) came buy to make sure everything was good. Carlos, wished us the best and they brought out some desert that was delicious. Thank You Folk's Folly!!
