    Terrible pay just .25 cents on the mile and if you even get the miles you are jacked for every penny you got. Nothing like going homeless wile working.

    I agree 100%. My husband worked for Swift when he first became an OTR Driver, and it was just like working for free! We never saw a dime of that money. Not to mention his Driver Manager was a total you know what! She had the worse attitude I had ever seen. If you're looking for a truck driving job-don't go with Swift, because you'll be broke and working for nothing!!!!
