Declining...: PF Changs used to offer great food and great service. The service is still good, but the food is declining to the fair-midling level. Last night for example the pan friend dumplings were good, the crab wontons were Very Good, but the Singapore Street Noodles weren't so hot, my Horn Lake local takeout place (Golden Dragon) does FAR FAR BETTER
Different but suprisingly pleasant atmosphere: When you hear a name like P.F. Chang's you're probably thinking of a chinese buffet restaurant where you pay something like $15.00 an eat away. Take that percieved notion out of your mind quickly when going to eat there, you will "chunk-out" some money for this place. The ambiance is not that of any chinese restaurant. Once you walk in you'll realize that quickly. Our waiter was "on-point", very attentive without being over-bearing. As an appetizer, I would definitely reccomend CHANG'S CHICKEN LETTUCE WRAPS, it's real good. (Hint: almost anything starting with the name "Chang's"seems to be really good. Also, with all the different selections of wines, if you don't know which one to choose, the waiters will assist you with choosing the right one to compliment your meal. Bottom Line: This is definitely a classy place that you go out to for either business or pleasure.
The Worst Service!: I work for a major aircraft company that sends me worldwide to customer sites. We dine from 5 stars down to fast food restaurants. This is the worst place eat, not only once but twice in a two week period where you would sit down and no one acknowledges you for 20 minutes. We understand it's lunch hour and things get busy but at least acknowledge us. The food is good but sadly displaced by poor service. The second time we walked out.
