    Excellent food and service: For a local restaurant Dixie Castle is awesome. The restaurant itself isn't anything special, but the food is fantastic. The steaks are very good and are priced very reasonable. The banana pudding is homemade the old fashioned way and is my favorite part of the meal.

    Best place to eat lunch in Jackson: Dixie Castle has the best food for the best prices and definately the best service in town. It is a pleasure everytime I eat there. The plate lunches are good and the sandwiches and burgers great. The best is their steaks which are the cheapest in town but still the best tasting.
