User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsmy last experience at your store in paris tn. was not very pleasant,it took 20 mins.to get sat down then are drinks was wrong,the tables were all a mess,serving tray on the floor.we were in and out of your store in 1hour and 20 mins which is a long time for pizza.their was 3 growns up in our party.they had 2 people working as waitresses and 1 manager who stayed behind counter and gave orders why the 2 girls ran around with heads cut off.i hope next time im in there they have better management.ps.i felt the manager could of helped out a little.i would like some kind of response from upper management.thank you al tester phone 731-593-1386
User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsUsually, I love Pizza Hut, I think they have great pizza. But as far as my local Pizza Hut franchise in Paris.. It has horrible service. It can take up to an hour or longer to deliver a pizza, while others have been here within 15 minutes... Most times, they forget something, be it a side order/coke and have to bring it back. I think they really need to step it up.
