    Praise the Lord! A bar-b-que joint that does SOMETHING more than pulled pork!! And WHAT a something! The buffalo and beef bar-b-que are sliced, smoked meat fit for a king (and for-real HOT hot sauce - ooh!)! The sweet 'n sour slaw is delicious; the sausage (hot) is a flavorful puck of hometown goodness, with just a hint of kick; their fried pies are Real Fried Pies, flakey and with honest fruit in them. [I haven't treid the ribs yet - and can't wait to.] And then there is the art-filled restaurant - eclectic, kicky and fun! I can't say enough for Laird's - we travel about 100 miles to get their products (from Hopkinsville, KY). You go there - and take home bar-b-que and sausage, y'hear?!

    We usually have 'pizza tuesdays' at Lairds. Good food.There is awesome lady who works there. I cannot recall her name, but she is one of the two reasons why I continue to go to Laird's. The BBQ sandwich is awesome as well as the pizza!Thanx!
