I personally love the Old Country Store! If you ever go thru Jackson you MUST stop at the Old Country Store. Just follow all the billboards. Good selection, good food, great service and has always be worth it for us to get off the interstate.
I have gone to Casey jones village, The Old Country Store my whole life. It has Never been bad ever. I am shocked to see someone saying it greasy, if you really know southern food ummm you are gonna have some grease going on there :) i know its one of Tennessee's biggest tourist attractions and the owners are a wonderful christian family. I tell every one of my clients they have to stop there if they are on Interstate 40 going to Memphis. I love it!!!!
I love this place! The atmosphere is amazing and the food absolutely delicious. It's better than Grandma's if that's possible. Jackson is right on the Interstate and has lots of shopping too. Do not miss the breakfast either. We always stop here when traveling. Very family friendly and cute gifts too.
