    Apparently Best Buy in Jackson, TN doesn't need any additional business. I wasted 45 minutes trying to contact the appliance dept. Most of the time the store line would ring until a recording would come on saying there was no one at that number. Then if you actually got thru, punched all the buttons and ask for someone in Applicances, the line would open up and no one would ever answer, if in fact it was dialing there. Terrible way to run a business, I won't waste anymore of my time or yours again.

    This store has been the biggest pain to deal with. I have been sitting on the phone for 45 min trying to get someone to answer the phone. I took a system back and they told me it would take 4 days to fix and they have had it 5 weeks and will not give me any information.

    Plesent Experience: Shopping at Besy Buy is a plesent experience, especially when the associates aren't very busy. They are willing to help in whatever way they can.
