About:Known as Cookeville's premiere coffee house, this lovely coffee shop serves a wide variety of delicious lunch items, pastries, and desserts plus specializes in an array of gourmet coffee drinks including house coffees, hot cafe and non-cafe drinks, teas, and frozen drinks. They are open Monday through Saturday for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and open on Sunday for lunch and early dinner.

    The coffee is wonderful, as are the servers. The environment is nice and possesses the small-town feel versus a corporate entity such as Starbuck's. It is a great place to relax, do homework, chat, or just enjoy some good coffee. It is also in the center of Cookeville and likely just a stone's throw away from other local features too.

    Poets is definitley my favorite place. My family and I go here every day. The service is always friendly and they help you find whatever you are looking for. It has a really peaceful enviroment. Their is also free WiFi. The prices are amazing and Starbucks is nothing compared to here. They have the best paninis in the world!

    It's my favorite place to hang out. The owner is amazing and the workers always help you find what you need. The best coffee in the world and it's in Cookeville, TN.
