    ****** CAUTION ******* BEWARE *******
    They will tell you one price, get time to sign/close deal price will be different. Caught sales person in several lies. Cookeville Honda has the HIGHEST title/prep fees I've EVER seen 499.99. Be sure to remeber this when neg. deal.
    Probally best NOT to do buisness with.

    Decent service dept, not cheap - no dealer service is - but no high pressure & they take care of warranty issues nicely.

    I just went to Cookeville Honda Sat 12/8/07. I was asked when I arrived what type of payment I was looking for. I told the salesman that I was wanting a payment of around $360 a month pre-owned. He takes me to test drive several vehicles and I finally decide on one that I like. I sign the credit paper and he takes it to his finance manager. When he returns he says that he can put me in the car I like for $560 a month, which is very far away from what I told him I wanted. We went back and fourth for a while and decided upon $360 they turn my paper work into Honda finance and tell me they are waiting on an answer. I sat in the same spot for 2 1/2 hours waiting for an answer. I tell the salesman they have my number and to call me if they can do the deal and they keep telling me to sit there and wait. After another 30min I ask for my keys, still no answer and they said that they would call me as soon as they found out something. I left and never recieved a phone call from them either way. The salesman also told me that I had wasted his time and he could have been serving other customers. I will never return to Cookeville Honda or even refer anyone else there they were very unprofessional and very pushy even after me stating what I was looking for. Total waste of time there was no reason for me to be in there for 5 hours. Very bad place to go when looking for a vehicle.
