    Out of the fast food selection in Crossville this is the best. Burgers are topped with fresh vegetables not the usual brown slimy lettuce of McD's. Food is always fresh unlike the heat lamped food of McD's and BK. And service is great when put in comparison to the other fast food choices. I give this place a B. Whereas the competition is around a D-.

    The service is always terrible and slow, and the general manager is very rude, we were no impressed with how she handled our problem she was very snotty, we will not be back
