    The food is very good, the (fruit) ice tea is also very good, but what makes this restaurant special is their service. We have eaten there twice and their service is the best, better than any other restaurant that we've been to (not just in Cookeville). As a result, we tipped our servers better than we've ever tipped at any other place. We would challenge you to do the same if/when you decide to eat there.

    local dining at its best: The BBQ is great! The fruit tea is great! The chocolate pie is great! The banana pudding is great! The owner is there to pitch in and the servers are wonderful!

    Best BBQ in town: This local place has the best BBQ in town, and the best pork BBQ I've ever had. They have really good catfish too. Be sure and ask if they have any of their famous bannana pudding left when you go, it's been in many magazines and books and is wonderful!
