User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsUniversity Cleaners is terrible. The owner is a short red neck that sucks. He has no idea how customer service works and what ever you do, do not try out their alteration because, they charge you for it and they take your pins out and tell you that they have finished it after you pay and then they rip you off, in actuality they haven't even touched it.

The WORST cleaners in town. Just got my sport coat dry cleaned and found all my buttons were torn off and the ones that were still on it were burned!!! And they did not even bother to tell me when I picked it up! It was a very expensive sport coat and now it is ruined! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES HERE UNLESS YOU WANT THEM TO BE RUINED! I am very dissappointed. There are many other decent dry cleaning businesses in town, I'd recommend you visit them before ever thinking about taking your business here. :(

Best in town: University Cleaners does a pretty good job. Best in oxford in my opinion.
