    I bought hardwood floors for the foyer, great room, dining room & hall. I was pleased with the staff that assisted me in the showroom. They were knowledgeable and helped me to select a beautiful wood at a great price. I only had issue with the installers. On the 1st day they were scheduled to begin at 9:00 AM and did not show until 1:00 PM. However they did finish the job within 3 days (the alloted time). They had to return a couple of weeks later to add quarter round to the fireplace. I had scheduled for the installers to arrive on Monday at 9:00 AM. They showed on Tuesday at 2:00 PM. I must admit that my hardwood floors are lovely. I would have been 100% satisfied if the installers were more respectful of my schedule.

    I looked everywhere for flooring and there was no comparison to the service I received. After the beautiful new hardwood floor was installed I went back and had new carpet put in my master bedroom. :)

    I recently purchased carpet from Tim Hogans Abbey Carpet in Southaven, I wasn't quite sure what I was looking for, the sales staff was absolutly wonderful, everyone I worked with was very knowledgeable and helpful, they were very attentive on helping me to decide what I was looking for. The installers were very professional and courteous. My husband and I will definitely use them in the future.
