User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsWillow is kind of right. Pecan Grove needs to improve on a few things. But, I cannot say that it is the worst place I have lived in. The apartments are very nice but lately there seems to be a break down in the caliber of people moving in. Trash is suddenly being seen in the parking lot and the breeze ways. I think management needs to get a handle on this quickly.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starspecan grove is the worst apartments I have ever lived in my life. Everything is always dirty, there is no order & it is not organized at all. I will NOT be renewing my lease. Also when you go to the office with a problem it does no good, they dont do anything about it.

The apartments are real nice until the Deborah Simpson started to manage another complex. The new manager at Pecan Grove is lazy, dirty, very unpersonable, has absolutly no management abilities, and the apartment grounds are very dirty now, she does not care at all.

I totally agree, she has no people skills & everything has basically gotten worse. If you go to her with a problem she tells you there is nothing she can do for you. I dont pay this much rent to live in this kind of filth.
