User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsMy family and I really enjoy going to Casa Mexicana. We have been going for years and always have had great food and service. Fast,Friendly, Clean, Great Prices.. Easy to take the family and friends out for a fun dinner.. the staff are always wonderful and ready to take care of any refill needs.Our family looks to eat there at least once a week! Yummy
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI hate to put down any restaurant in my city but this is the worst excuse for Mexican food ever! In times when eating out is a luxury save your money and go elsewhere. The food is horrible and the service isn't much better. I imagine the only way they stay is business is from the hotel next door. I can't imagine anyone going back a second time!

6 ladies tried to enjoy a dinner tonight, August 6th.
One lady never received her food. When the waiter was asked to check on the order, nothing happened. We asked for a manager. No manager on duty...he had something to do tonight!!! The gal at the front desk just said that they were busy tonight and that it was our problem!!! Thankfully, another waiter steped in and asked to help. Her name was Sandra, and she helped us stay calm. I was at the point of announcing to the rest of the restaurant diners that our service was VERY poor and to rethink their evening outing. A manager should be on duty. A waiter should bring a meal that has been ordered....even if he forgot it the first time. The customer should be important and NOT just a chair. Our days of eating here are over, and I hope that you will rethink your dining experience in the future.
