Well I work there and the service is great. we get the food out to u as soon as possible and it never takes longrer then ten minutes. the reason it takes that long is becuz we make it fresh not just reheat it wen u come!!....and if u call in and order then come 1 hour later of course ur food will be cold!!

IT's great: I love it. Service is friendly and the food is fresh!!! I don't know what the other people are talkin' about, they must have that mixed up with mcdonalds
